So here's a video my Mom put together of my baby days. I'm about three months old (give or take a few weeks) in this video. I was very cute, if I do say so myself!
So I wanted to share some videos my Mommy made of me lately. I think it really shows how much I love food and what a good boy I am! The first one is me clicker training. It's not a perfect session. I had to go to the potty in the middle (though I DID use my box like a good boy!) But it's a good video because I'm learning a new trick so it shows how I learn. I'm a pretty good student, if I do say so myself! The second one is Mommy filming us playing with my treat board. I LOVE dried pineapple and am determined to eat all of it!
Winston's Mom here. So lately I've seen a lot of people on rabbit groups searching for giant breed rabbits. Can't say I blame them. Giants are super cute and it's easy to see a youtube video of a Flemish or Continental Giant hopping around someone's house and fall in love. They look so cute playing with their family and sitting on the furniture just a sweet and calm as can be and even I go "Awwww I want one!" whenever I see a video. For real, guys, what's not to love?? HOWEVER! Big rabbits are not like owning a little dwarf bunny, and while I love my large breed bunny, I don't recommend them for first time bunny parents. So I thought I would revive the rabbit blog and write about the pros and cons of big bunnies. First I think I need to clarify what is a large or giant breed. I was watching a news story yesterday about an undercover reporter who kept bringing animals on flights as "emotional support animals" and when he brought a rabbit h...
So today Mom stumbled across a Facebook post in one of her rabbit groups that made her sad (and almost got me a sister). Basically, this family was giving up their bunny (an adorable Holland lop) because they said she was making their house smell because she "couldn't" be litter box trained. They thought she would be better with someone who could let her be an "outdoor" bunny. The rabbit was only 12 weeks old, so she was just a baby! This is what really annoyed Mommy, because they could not have possibly had that bunny for more than four weeks at the most. You can hardly expect a baby bunny to become perfectly trained in four weeks when they are still a baby! So after I reminded Mommy that she really can't get me a sibling because she can't afford to feed two of us and she doesn't have the space to give us BOTH proper homes (that and I'm a bit territorial... I growl at new humans she brings home, even though I happily eat treats from them and wi...
